JOST A MON

The idle ramblings of a Jack of some trades, Master of none

Check out this article by New York Times's Frugal Traveller on his seven-day blitz through Europe and Morocco. He flew low-cost airlines throughout, and found that they varied from the superb to the frankly skanky.

But first things first: Flylc.com seems to be the best place to start planning your low-cost jaunt.

Here are the lousier airlines:
  1. Ryanair (what did I tell you?)
  2. Sterling
  3. Jet4you
  4. Wizzair
The decent ones:
  1. Flybaboo
  2. Air Berlin
  3. Easyjet
